1. Digital Products & Courses:
All purchases of digital products (such as ebooks, toolkits, PDFs, and video courses) are non-refundable. Once access is granted or the content is downloaded, we cannot process a return or refund. Exceptions: We may consider a refund only under the following circumstances:
  • You were charged multiple times for the same product.
  • You did not receive access to the purchased product and support was unresponsive for more than 7 working days.

2. Webinars & Live Sessions: 
Webinar registrations are non-refundable, even if the session is missed. However, we often provide replay access after the session, which will be communicated to registered participants. In the event that a webinar is canceled by us, participants will receive either:
  • A full refund, or
  • A credit to attend another session of equal value.

3. Subscription-Based Services (if applicable):
 If you subscribe to a membership or course series with recurring payments:
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing period.
